Had new roof put on. Gutters dont hold any water whatsoever, its like a house with gushing waterfalls everywhere. Rang them December 2012. Said it needed more clips and would return the following week. Now December 2013 and still waiting. Promises to come out and finally turned up today after many calls and they turn up empty handed. Not fixed. Now they want to come out during a storm. Gutters expand every time it rains. They got their money but couldn't care less. Screaming match this morning outside my house because its been 12 months since I called and they turn up and doesn't fix anything. Tells me I like to complain. Meanwhile my eaves are getting damaged after I fixed them. Now all my paintwork is bubbling. Won't accept that my old gutters never did that. Taking it to Fair Trading. Don't use them, stay clear.
Not impressed.
Roof leaked after first rain. Flashing missing over a window. Sent 2 faxes, phoned 4 times. Always told "We'll come around and fix up". 6 months later, never seen them again.
Lesson - Always get a contract for work as your options without one are limited!
