This is a fantastic bakery in the heart of the industrial area of Zillmere/Aspley. Parking is easy, either on Zillmere Rd or in the car park behind the shop.
With a huge range of products on offer, there is no way you will go hungry. The breads are cooked the ole fashioned way, left to prove overnight. The pies and sausage rolls are made on site with top quality meats. Grant, the baker, prides himself on the fact that he makes everything from scratch. There is no MSG in anything and his meat products for pies, hot doge, bacon rolls etc, are sourced from top quality small goods providers.
Prices are very reasonable and we'll worth the diversion off Gumpie Rd for a good feed.
Customers are made of eel very welcome with Grant's warm smile.
We go here at least once a week to stock our freezer with the best bread products we have had (possibly ever)
