We called out Murray pest control to exterminate a moth problem. The first call out was march and we called in May again when the treatment didn't appear to have worked .no problems they came out again and gave us the impression if it didn't work this time call again. Called again in November because the moths were still nesting in the walls and eating our carpet. To our great surprise we were informed that as we were out of the the warranty we would have to pay again. Well needless to say this was not an option for us as they had never resolved the issue they were paid to fix in the first place.
What a complete waste of time and dreadful customer service.
I called them as I had problems with noises in the roof. The reception staff thought it was rats but said their technician should be able to identify the problem when they visit. A technician got sent who spent about 10 minutes in the roof throwing baits around and also said they thought the problem was rats. The so-called rat service required two visits that cost around 350+. Of course carcass removal will involve additional cost/visit. Two weeks later, the problem still persist and no rat carcass to be seen despite all the bait been eaten. I then discovered a possum in the roof space (fortunately not dead!). I then rang Murray's to tell them they have misdiagnosed the problem and they replied that if I have a possum, 90% of the time I also have rats up there. Of cause the so-called warranty only covered rat problems because that was listed on the invoice as the initial sevice.
