Murrumbeena Bakery

I come to this Middle Eastern bakery/caf to not only purchase the essential ingredients needed to make my Middle Eastern-inspired/Moroccan dishes, but also to catch up with friends/family for a good tucker. Their lunch option of 'shawarma and rice' (consisting of basmati rice with aromatic spices and toasted nuts) is absolutely divine, as is their 'chicken and spinach' pizza. This is my favourite bakery in the Chadstone/Carnegie/Oakleigh area. Their range of pies is large and they are always of the highest quality. My favourite is the steak, bacon and cheese.

Fantastic pies - made on the premises - and really friendly, family business. Their French vanilla slices are to die for!
