MusicTutorPlease specialises in teaching the piano and violin to pupils of all ages and abilities from the age of 3. Lessons are available purely for pleasure or towards exams.Kimberley Jennings discovered she had perfect pitch at the age of four years old. She became a Music Scholarship student that enabled her to broaden her education at private school as well as college and university.
Kimberley Jennings performed and led orchestras around Europe, had her compositions performed by the Maggini Quartet and composed an A Cappella for a Concert for the Queen's Jubilee. She featured with Andrea Bocelli on The National Lottery Show as well as performing with Daniel Beddingfield.
PIANO AND VIOLIN LESSONS
Stimulating piano and violin lessons are tailored around the individual's specific needs. Pupils are encouraged to learn for pleasure or work towards their ABRSM exams, which is a qualification that is recognised around the world or towards their AMEB, which is the Australian equivalent. All pupils are provided with the tools to become an independent learner and the resources to have a good understanding of music theory and technique that will last a lifetime.
My current pupils range from the age of 3 to mature adults. Parents are welcome to sit in on the lessons or drop their children off and collect them after the lesson. Written feedback and practise techniques are provided each week to aid pupils with their practise and to inform the parents of their child's development.
MUSIC THEORY
From the beginner to those who have been struggling with theory, I endeavour to remove all difficult obstacles to learn with ease. With simple patterns and methods, music theory can be learnt very quickly.

My husband and I are very, very pleased with the Piano lessons Kimberley is providing to our 4 and 7 year old daughters. It was lovely to see the magical progress made week by week and after 9 weeks the difference is truly remarkable with them both! We had no idea how much information children so young could retain but have been really impressed. Our youngest daughter constantly talks about her lessons and can't wait for them to come around each week. She comes back playing new songs and showing off her new stickers for doing so well and our oldest daughter is already trying to form a band with her friends at school. Fantastic tutor! highly recommended. My 3 year old son has become a lot more responsive to learning now since starting his music lessons and I have noticed a dramatic improvement in his behavior and social interaction. I had no idea learning to play the piano would make such a difference but he loves it and gets so excited when Wednesday comes around. For the past two years I had been searching for a fantastic tutor for my 5 year old son and I am now thrilled to confirm I have one! Music Tutor Please is a great company who provided professional one to one lessons tailored to my sons level of experience. I have never seen him respond so well to a teacher before or take such an interest in learning. He looks forward to his lessons all week and then wants to practice when home.
He has great fun with stickers for doing well and tailored exercises adapted to his age so he is actually able to come home and show off his new skill. I only wish I had discovered this company before! I can't wait to see how my 3 year old daughter progresses when she starts.
