Mustang Bar

Now, this bar was actually pretty cool. It runs on an American theme, and in a way it is also fairly retro fifties and sixties, which is an added bonus. This bar was actually pretty cool, and also quite large, and while they do serve beer (American of course, though you can still get your Australian favourites if you aren't a big fan of the bud). Anyway, the staff were friendly, as were the bouncers (which always helps). Certainly a place I would consider visiting again.

Older crowd, older music, if you want to go out to a bar with your parents

Great live music and a really fun atmosphere! Can get a bit rowdy as the night goes on but there is always the option of stepping back and still getting a good view from the raised section towards the back. Good selection of beers and a great place for a dance.

This place is awesome! My friends and I had so much fun on Wednesday. Watch your feet though. People are drinking, dancing and having a good time. The music was versatile and so were the people. The manager was super nice, too.

If you are wanting to watch International Rugby, with an upcoming World Cup, early on a weekend afternoon the Mustang Bar is not the place to go! Unfriendly management that would rather listen to music whilst eating lunch, regardless of patron wants, rather than "insignificant rugby!" Your money is better spent in Sports bars such as bars where they appreciate your business and the commercial realities of a SPORTSBAR!
