Restaurants
Mustang Nepalese
I've eaten here a few times. It's on the highway at Crows Nest, either park outside, across the road, or there's a parking station owned by the local Council behind in Nicholson St. Can't complain about the food nor the service, it's BYO which is good, and the carpeted floor makes it costly and provides buffering from loud noises, very important when you go with a rowdy group of people. There aren't too many restaurants that serve a goat curry, so the one here is welcome, and it's delicious! Lamb also good, BYO is a great idea and the staff are warm and friendly, most likely a family, been a lot of staff consistency over the years so that says a lot. Worth a trip for sure.
A very comfortable, friendly place to visit - a really great, friendly vibe. I love coming here with my partner, we know that whatever item we choose off the menu, we will be pleasantly surprised. On sunday night we enjoyed chilli prawn and chicken tikka entrees, both finger-licking good! yum yum!
then we enjoyed the lamb curry, and garlic roti. both to die for!
such an understated little place, feels real modest in its attitude.
Will definitely be back here!
I haven't been to many Nepalese restaurants, and this one is definitely one of my favourites. The food is always delicious, and the serving sizes are just right. Whether you are a meat lover or vegetarian, there will definitely be something on the menu that you will enjoy.
