We came to mVoice after being unsatisfied with our previous VOIP provider. They managed the process of porting my numbers across extremely efficiently and professionally, and were especially helpful when the previous provider was not going to release my number. We have a hosted PBX with them which has far more features and flexibility than what we had previously, and at a much better price. I find the support and account staff easy and friendly to deal with, although in the 5 years that I have been a customer I have probably only had to ring a handful of times because we actually haven't had any problems with the service at all. mVoice is a good company to deal with but when you purchase an extension or 1300 number from them you should count on extra charges that come on your bill, because the number that you have belonged to other businesses and you keep answering it is the wrong number but they keep on calling and you keep on getting charged for the calls.
When you speak to mVoice rep they say sorry we can not help you with this you still have to pay or we will provide you with a different number! Yeh right.
they think that you are going to get another number and re-print all your printed advertising materials, so they got you under their thumb and you can not do anything about it unless you change company or your published NUMBERS.
So be on my guard when dealing with companies like this.
