Had an emergency and Mark was quick to respond and come to assist thankfully. He went above and beyond and was incredibly good at communicating and had very fair pricing. I cannot recommend him enough. He is reliable, trustworthy and just a outstanding tradie to have in your home.
Excellent service! Had a blocked drain and Mark was over really quickly. He was able to identify where the blockage was with his drain camera and had the job done super efficiently, which saved me money. He was very friendly, professional and explained the quote thoroughly before starting work. Not sure what the unhappy reviews on here are about, as my experience was nothing but exceptional. Thanks again Mark! I'll be calling again!
My hot water service blew on a Sunday night. Called Mark and he was out within the hour and put in a temporary unit so we could have hot water that night and the following morning. Mark than was able to fit us in Monday afternoon with a new unit. With young children we were so greatful that Mark was able to save us for bath time. Highly recommend
Would not recommend at all! Did not listen to what we required with the replacement of the toilet. Requested a like for like toilet replacement (of a good quality toilet) and was replaced with a cheap $200 Bunnings product! The tiling work around the toilet was damaged and no accountability taken. It looks like the work of an apprentice. Was happy to take a pensioners hard earned cash for a poor job he did. After I attempted to raise these issues with him, he did not take any responsibility or accountantabilty to rectify. Numerous attempts to call, message and email have gone unanswered - I suspect he has blocked me, so unprofessional, do not engage this persons services!
