I am a level 3 and 4 certified Personal Trainer with a Sport Science Degree. I have helped over 300 Clients acheive their training goals over the years and have moved my business to Aus from the UK for one reason... your all mad on fitness!

Based in the Northern Beaches, Sydney, if your nearby I can train wherever suits you! On the beach, In the park or in your back garden!

As MW Personal Training is brand new to Aus, your first 3 sessions (hour each) will come to just $75 !! ($25 each) and then normal rates will be $40 per session.
