Have purchased heaps of baby furniture, car seats, prams and nursing chair. Ladies are always so helpful, happy with our purchases.

We bought the car seat and few other products around 2 weeks ago and was told the car seat is to be fitted for free. We arrived today and be told it costs $40 to fit the car seat where no one taking responsibility at all. My wife had to go up and down between the store and the basement to sort this out. She met the staff that sold the car seat to us 2 weeks ago and now they're saying it costs to have the car fitted. Why would we leave the car seat for 2 weeks if they've told us this!?!?!

DO NOT SHOP at this store at all, staff here are not reliable and no customer service at all.

Do not shop at any My Baby Warehouse stores if you expect any kind of satisfactory customer service. They sold us a pram that was not the colour we chose in the store because they didn't know their products well enough and made a mistake with their models and colours. When we told them about this, they said that they made a mistake and could not do anything about it. I finally asked for a refund and they said they could only offer me store credit. After speaking to a few management in a couple of different stores they finally agreed to give us a refund. Unfortunately this is not a satisfactory outcome as we're then back to not having a pram for our first baby and would have wasted at least 5 hours of our time with driving and calling and speaking to not very helpful ...read more
