Do not call or live chat with this company! They have no manners. They discriminate you if your budget is low, and ask you to just order a pizza! If you are a bit slow and ask a few more questions, they begin to be rude as if you’re wasting their time! And if they’re not happy with you for any wierd reason, they rate you 1 out 10 from their system, or rate you stupid! This company is absolutely a joke in customer service business.
Wanted my full name, email and phone number. I only wanted a menu sent, as it said on their website, but when I gave them just my email (and told them I didn't want to give them my full name and phone number), they were very rude and told me not to bother. Others that have reviewed them have had the same experience. mycaterer should not be in business.
Could not agree more with what the reviewer below has to say. I have just rung and asked for a quote for a function for 12 people. before I could even explain I was prepared to pay for a minimum number they told me I was wasting my time and to just go to a restaurant. I explained I already had 3 quotes from other catering companies who were willing to provide for this number of people. They then proceeded to text me and tell me my best option was a fastfood chain's meal deal. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.
