Most terrible customer service!!! I ordered something through their online store to be shipped to overseas. There are 6 items in my order that they didn't have stock (were showing available on their website). Instead of notifying me that they cannot fulfill the order, they shipped the parcel straight away after charging my credit card for the whole amount. I only found out what has happened three days later when logging into my account, so I called their customer service after a couple of emails with no feedback. I asked why their warehouse didn't let me know that they don't have the stock before they shipped out the parcel, the staff was not willing to help at all, and only repeatedly saying "We can't do anything now, it's already been shipped. You don't have other options, we can only refund you for the missing items in one week." What a customer service!!!
