Very poor in communication, takes for ever if they even reply. As soon as there is an issue they ignore you. Very bad. I m not saying anything but you get the picture.
Yep, had a very bad experience with them. I actually wrote a detailed review explaining to why however True Local declined it from publication which is why I get your 'I am not saying anything but' (they simply don't let you say anything).
Prospective customers should be aware that True local makes it difficult to post negative reviews (I am taking a screen shot to post on Twitter & FB shall this response not go through)
