My Doctors Clinic Surfers Paradise

I went in for anti wrinkle and filler and had a Groupon vouch. Girls at the front were great but the dr straight away complained that I had a voucher and said that was supposed to be finished ( not my problem). Very bad bedside manner. He then would not give me what I wanted with the filler as I wasn't from the Gold Coast and he said he would want to follow it up. He eventually gave me my anti wrinkle injection after making me feel bad. Now I have nerve damage in my cheek. I rang the clinic and asked the dr to call me. He said he would that evening. I haven't heard from him so I am writing a review so others know. If he would have rang me back and explained why I now have no feeling in my cheek I wouldn't have written this review.

Great doctors I wish I could give two separate reviews.
Every time I visit the receptionist are extremely rude.
I waited 10 minutes Infront of two lady's as they had a chat to each other.
All I needed was parking validation and it would of only taken 10 seconds to hand me a piece of paper, but I stood there sick and not even being acknowledged.
Absolutely terrible service.
Will be changing GPs because of this.

I am a local resident in Gold Coast, I think the medical centre services needs lots of improvement ! One day I went to see a doctor at night time , there was not patient there except me. I expected I will be call quickly but I was waiting good 20 minutes then I asked the receptionist to remind the doctor that there is a patient waiting, she said doctor will call you shortly and she is not allowed to remind the doctor! I kept waiting and I asked to remind the doctor again she said she is not allowed! I went to the toilet and I passed by every room, no one was there! Doctor was not on duty at all! Then there was a shift change over for reception , I asked the male receptionist who said doctor went out to see a patient who has more sick. I said if the patient was quite sick there should be ambulance to take her to the hospital straight away instead he went out to see a patient ! My wife and I are regular patients and find the service fantastic.
They have always gone above and beyond for us - regardless of the time of day.
It is normal to have the occassional wait, but it is worth it for the service we receive.
