Van who owns this launderette is lovely and does an amazing job of my shirts every week. i’ve been coming for years and she’s always friendly and if i need a shirt in a hurry she’ll do it with a smile. a great local business to support

I have been using My Favourite Laundrette for 12 years - ever since I moved to this area. I use them for everything - dry cleaning, washing and alternations and the service and quality is the best I've ever experienced. I couldn't recommend them enough. The name says it all really. I have been using My Favourite Laundrette for more 10 years. Van is dedicated to giving good and reliable service to her customers, she will work within your timeframes if something is urgent and discuss with you any concerns she may have, and will go out of her way to try to amend any mishaps that do arise, as these occur in any business. Van and her team are hard working, honest, friendly, accommodating and grateful. A very welcome business in this area and most outstanding service compared to other laundry services I have used previously in the area.

Do not go here! We have been using this place off and on for a few years because it is right round the corner from our house. The quality has always been mediocre and the service terrible, but recently it has become even worse. I just picked up a ladies suit that I had left to be dry cleaned only to find it has been completely ruined. It looks as though a hot iron or something else hot has been applied to both the jacket and skirt, so that the synthetic blend fabric has partially melted and is now shiny and turning white in places (previously it was black). I have had the suit dry cleaned at other businesses several times and never with any problems. The other items with this order were also crumpled and now need to be pressed even though they literally just came back from dry cleaning. Will never use there guys again!
