It took 6 months for them to deliver, The delivery man dropped boxes several times and was my furniture! He did not handle with care nor did he respect that you have spent your hard working money on those items/s . Avoid this place at all costs because they refuse to replace faulty items and the furniture is of very poor quality. They promise 6 weeks and you are forever calling for them to give you dates they cannot deliver and excuse after excuse until you blow your top with them. I cannot say anything nice about this business and I am not a person that likes to speak Ill of something or someone! Please do yourself a favour and take your business somewhere else where you are treated well and the quality is much better. My furniture store is over priced pine that’s been sugar coated to look nice but ends up in landfill after 3/6 months!
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. PLEASE LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS ON THE NET AND SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF PAIN AND HEARTACHE. My family spent over $12,000 on this store. The most expensive item was the 5 piece Julia suite. It took over 3 months to arrive, and upon delivery, the two man driver team refused to carry the parts any further than the corridor. This suite was suppose to be placed upstairs and some of the pieces were extremely heavy. My father has a damaged rotary cuff and my mother who is still recovering from a recent car accident. That just leaves my younger high school aged sister and I to carry everything. If this is the experience you want than please go ahead. Otherwise stay well clear. There was absolutely no disclosure of any of this. I am so appalled.
Don't usually do this, but had to share to warn everyone. Bought a dining table, was told 2-3 weeks for delivery but got it after 5 weeks - ok. Tried to assemble the table, the connection points (3 in total) on the glasstop did not align to the base (only 2 aligned at any one time) - the spacing between 2 notches on the glasstop was larger than the 2 corresponding ones on the base - ie: faulty product. Sent pictures of said issue - after nearly 2 weeks of chasing, was sent pictures saying they have successfully assembled the same model/brand of table in one of their showrooms in Victoria, so therefore the one delivered to me cannot be faulty! Not sure they understand the concept of a 'faulty product' - after trying to convey that just because they successfully assembled the same model/brand elsewhere in Australia, this does not mean the one i received was not faulty. Was then told they could send someone out to look at the table i was sent - but at a cost, which I needed ...read more
Completely incompetent, avoid at all costs. I ordered a bed from here, with an estimated delivery time of 10-20 days. After 20+ days and no contact I called them to find out when my bed might be expected (at this point, and at all points since I have struggled to have them actually answer and return phone calls and emails). For three months they continued to tell me they would be getting the bed soon, finally to arrive right around New Years, an incredibly inconvenient time. After one week the bed broke. After informing them of this they failed to return my emails for a further 11 days, at which point I called several times, and was finally informed that they would order a replacement part (not even the whole bed, even though the whole bed was damaged when the faulty part collapsed)...presumably at another 3 month wait. I have never dealt with such an unhelpful and incompetent company. Never shop here.

I have similar problem with them. Very rude and incompetent. I ordered my bed about 6 weeks ago. I called up after two weeks and was told the bed was out of stock and I had to wait another 8 weeks or choose another bed. I need a bed and cannot wait 8 weeks so I chose another bed, was promised to be delivered in two weeks. After two weeks, no bed, so I called up and was told the order did not go through and the bed may be delivered next week. I confirmed with her how sure they told me, probably. What F#@@! If I did not call I would not have a clue...My last transaction ever with this store....
If only I read this first, I would not deal with them. I am having the same problem and is still waiting for my bed. Now I am worried that the bed's quality is not up to scratch...
Still hasn't been resolved yet. After much correspondence with them they agreed to let me change the bed for another one. That was a month ago and I still have not been given an indication of how long I might have to wait for the replacement, or when they are going to pick up the broken old one cluttering up my room. Its now going on 6 months since I first ordered the bed, I'm furious I ever gave this company my money, and if they take much longer I will look into lodging a complaint with NSW fair trading.
