My Hair Place

Although this salon is cheap, the service is absolutely horrible in my opinion! The person who cut my hair hardly spoke any english, it took them 5 minutes to greet me (even though the shop was not busy) and another 15 to explain to them what I wanted done. My colour washed out and I am so disapointed with my cut. It's worth paying extra just for better service and haircut.

Cheap but you get what you pay for. No service, no quality. Wasnt even fast. At least at Justcuts they are fast!!

yeah i agree. i went there today for cut. They didn't speak any english so was hard to explain what i wanted. nice person but took ages cuttin my hair. kind of bored just sittin there staring at my self. lol will try somewhere else next time.

I tried this salon for the first time a few weeks ago, as it was convenient location for me. When I rang to make an appointment for foils, colour and cut, the person on the phone didn't understand what "1/2 head of foils" were, which made me bit nervous.

On the day of appointment, it took a lot of talking and pointing to pictures to trying to get what I wanted across, and even then I didn't get exactly what I wanted. (They spoke little English) Although it was cheap, salon was cluttered and service was not great(not even tea or coffee!!). I ended up going to another salon to get it fixed, and ended up costing me more. I won't be going back there again.
