Use it, or lose it.Specializing in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT )
Small group training ( 8 people max ) All sessions are 30 min long. Each session consists of a 5 min warm up and a 6 min cool down with 4 rounds of 4 min in between.
Each round consists of 8 cycles, 20sec of work with 10 sec recovery per cycle.
Exercises selected are functional moves that help you strengthen your body to cope with everyday life.
All three planes of motion are covered, sagittal, frontal and transverse, giving you a full body workout every session, aerobically and anaerobically.
