Thank you so much for the beautiful sashes and t-shirts you made for my bridesmaids and myself! I had so many people ask where I got them from! The girls in the shop were so helpful and delivery was on time. The quality was amazing and i now have some wonderful keepsakes from my hens night :)
WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I will never shop here again. I ordered my 21st Birthday Sash paid $45, 5 weeks later a week before my party and I did not recieve it. I have called 5 times, emailed 5 times and only got a responce a week later. Absolute worst customer service. Plus I am based in Melbourne so I doubt it takes 5 weeks to send from NSW here.
I probably wont be getting a refund either lol
Love, love, love this company! It's such a fun store (on-line and in Hornsby) plus the people there are all great. I have used them several times while preparing my girlfriends' hens parties), and neveral hesitate to go back. The staff all go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want, offer suggestions to make things better and really know their stuff. If you want a fun, interesting hens party, bucks party or bridal shower, I can highly recommend My Hens Party at Hornsby. Well done guys. I'll be back again!
Very disappointed in this company. I ordered an item from their website. I made several calls after the item was not received, which were not returned. I had to continue calling to be able to finally speak with the management. They were unwilling to take any responsibility for the missing item and advised me because I selected flat rate shipping refund would not be given. The refund was not the frustrating issue for me - their customer service and systems are very sub-standard and they did not seem concerned at all about the lost item.
I ordered another similar item from a different company and it arrived within the week. Would not recommend this company.
This review is so far away from my experience with this company, that I can't begin to understand it. Every person I have dealt with in this company (and I have purchased from them many times), have always been SO polite, SO friendly and especially SO friendly. Have recommended them to so many people, so many times, and everyone has always thanked me for the recommendation because their experience has been the same as mine. I'll keep going their and I'll keep recommending them.
