Had a bad experience with Apple help on the phone where they made my telephone completely useless after spending about an hour with them. Then i went into this store and spoke to a young guy by the name of Tobias. He took my phone and fixed it in virtualiy seconds. And i could tell he knew exactly what he was doing, and he was so fast.
The worst Apple experience I have ever had was with MyMac on Flinders St.
I took my son's Mac mini in for service, under warranty, as it had a logic board failure.They replaced the logic board, 2 days turn around - all good so far - until I get it home and find they downgraded the CPU. I call them up to point out the error and get attitude on the phone saying I must prove they did this (!).
It took me a whole day to gather the "proof" , took it back in, and got the correct CPU put back in...
After all this, I took it into a different authorised dealer - in St. Kilda - whom I would highly recommend.
MyMac is a joke... stay away!
