NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY !! engaged to pack and transport household goods for de-clutter when we were selling our house. Went to check when we were preparing to move goods interstate and found NO protective wrapping on anything. Tried to contact their complaints manager JOSY but despite sayinghe'd get back has never done so. Now if I phone from my mobile he does not answer - if I phone from another phone, when he realise who it is he hangs up. I have asked for someone to spend 2-3 hrs repacking - but no !
Would take 2-3 hours to rectify - but no they've been paid - so bad luck. So My Moovers are now My Headache !! Rude and pathetic customer service.
Three hours late to job, deliberate went slow, insisted we do two loads, but could've done it in one, turned up in a rental truck smaller than the one requested, no uniforms, movers had no logical sense at all, the couldn't drive either, ripping apart plants and trees, damaged several items, their insurance policy is so full of holes you will never get insurance. Each time you call you either get hung up on, or on hold for 40minutes, the drivers were intimidating to demand payment in a method not discussed beforehand, promised a refund of one hour that took over 40 phone calls and 8 hours on hold to sort. DO NOT USE
