Stock ordered and paid for online only to be told they were out of stock - how hard can it be to have the website up to date?
Dont worry we were told, will issue a refund
3 weeks later, phone calls, emails and guess what - NO REFUND
Have now reported them to the credit card company in an attempt to get our money back
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
I don't know why the other reviews are so bad. I love this pet supply store. They have a great range of dog food and stock all of my favourite brands (Black Hawk, Dr B's and Meals for Mutts.) I don't even live in the area so i stop in when I visit people over that side of town.
Terrible in store & online service . Twice have ordered online and twice order has been substituted , even when it says "in stock".

Terrible, I wish the staff spent more time on the customer service as there wasn't any at all. I will not be returning as I didn't even get a hello let alone some product advice. With other shops near by you've lost my business.
