My School Gear

Great customer service and exceptional help from the team when I needed it! back to school shopping can be difficult, but they made it really simple and would help me out when I required it.

First time I’ve used my school gear and the last. Been to the place 2 times and need to go again. First time went to collect my boys books and they only had one of the orders, they couldn’t find the other order and the man was rude to me about it as if it was my fault. Second time I went to collect my sons order the one they couldn’t find only to find out when I got home 2 items were missing. I called and now I have to drive there again to collect the missing items. The item which was missing was in both stationery orders as 2 different prices $17 and $9?? Which I’m questioning. The customer service is very poor. I’m not the one to complain but I found them unorganised and unprofessional!
