Good communication and weekly updates were appreciated. Mark, Bec and Dave were very responsive and made our overall experience a positive one. We appreciated the flexibility in adding our own elements to our design through the choices of choosing our own selections outside of the standard inclusions.

For those thinking of building with MYStyle PLEASE DO NOT!! I cannot emphasize this enough-DO NOT BUILD WITH THEM.

Yes initially they appear helpful, friendly and flexible on design, but its all about you until that contract is signed, and then its all downhill. I agree with the other reviews, they take forever to do the touch ups, and the service unhelpful, uninterested and snobbish. Indeed, we found the management to be extremely rude. Also the attention to detail in the finish is not good. KEEP LOOKING PEOPLE

My partner and i recently built our first home with MyStyle Homes. being our first home it was and exciting but a very nervous time. The team at MyStyle and especially Heather and Grant were fantastic in answering our questions and listening to our needs. They allowed us to choose from their set designs and add our personal ideas and wants. The build process was great, with constant contact from supervisors to ensure we were happy through out the process. The big challenge was we wanted to get in before christmas and they made sure they did everything to make it happen, and they did. Even better was the welcome hamper with goodies and Champagne awaiting for us on hand over day. I would highly recommend them to build your dream home and make sure you check out their great display homes for awesome ideas and designs.

Do your self a favour and keep looking for a builder, a real one. They are nice as pie whilst the house is being built. When the house is built, trying to get them around to finish defects is impossible. This was my experience with my style. Keep looking people.

Their designs are good however their service and arrogant manner leave little to be desired. Had heard negative comments but decided to give them a try anyway because of their designs. I felt that the service I received was unhelpful, uninterested and snobbish. A builder should offer assistance to buyers and provide recommendations, not this lot. Would not recommend them.
