Dr Cherlene and the team are absolutely amazing. I travel an hour each way to come to see them because they are the only vets i can whole heartedly trust. Riley has never had a bad experience and walks in to the surgery smiling and pulling the whole way. This surgery is also so modern, clean and inviting. I would highly recommend My Vet to anyone and everyone who want the best of the best care for their fur kids.
The staff that work here are truly outstanding. It does not get better than this. I felt so comfortable and reassured leaving my 2 babies here for surgery. The vet Dr Lee is amazing. She really knows what she is doing and took the time to explain in detail everything about what the issues were with my dogs and the process required to fix them. She drew diagrams so I could understand and provided me with a quote before doing anything and she saved me money where ever she could. On the day of the surgery Dr Lee phoned me and kept me updated as she worked on each dog and I was so much more relaxed and able to get on with my day thanks to the service provided by the staff at My Vet Waterloo. They understand how important your pets are and have compassion and genuinely care about your babies. If you are looking for a good animal hospital this is the best! We just moved to Waterloo few months ago. I saw a coupon for MyVet Animal hospital and it said that we could get a free consultation/first visit if we brought it in. My precious Momo got sick really bad for the first time. I took her in right away. The Vet, Cherlene, this lady really knows her stuff and was willing to work me up a quote before we went any further. Owning a pet and having a vet bill can be pricey. The whole staff was so pleasant and nice and to top it off they just adored Momo and any pet that came here. They even kept me up to date will follow up calls checking on her progress.
I want to personally thank the whole staff for everything.
