Staff member made a mistake with eftpos/cash out transaction. Management dismissive and uncompassionate when asked to deal with. Didn't keep their word to contact me in a timely manner. Result: my children and I have gone without fresh milk and bread this week. Was told I was abusive though I simply mirrored their dismissive behaviour (no swearing on my part etc) and had dared to call them up on their lack of attention to the matter. Now leaving to the bank to deal with. Really tired of people like this. Obviously not going back.

best deli ever! best hot chips out, and great service! also not too pricey and their open every day with nearly everything that you could need!
