Terrible! How does a wheel alignment and clamping a brake hose into place cost $160!? And they didn't even wash my car! How can it take 8 hours to do that, as well! You don't charge someone extra labor on top of a fixed wheel alignment rate - obviously I had to pay money because they made it take longer! Incompetent staff, overpriced, useless.
