These guys have made an effort to look after my sister and I for years. They are always thorough and fair on pricing and happy to go above and beyond in terms of giving advice to those less auto savvy. This week we came in with an issue that appeared large (car having difficulty starting) but turned out to be quite minor. They asessed the situation immediately, did not try to sell us anything unnecessary and had us back on the road within and hour or two. A top notch, customer service oriented workshop.
The customer service needs attention, I dropped the tyre off a 09:30 and they said they would call when the tyre came in the afternoon (in stock at warehouse) I called them just before closing and was told "we forgot to order it, it will be here tomorrow". Again I called the next day and got told the same thing *We will get it in by Monday. They were happy to take my money but not appologise or offer discount despite inconvieniencing me for 3 days when it should have been one. They get 2 stars because they got the tyre size right.
Can't recommend. Have used them twice. First time was for a service & to replace 2 globes. They missed replacing the globes & said brakes would need doing in a few months time.
