I don't understand the negative reviews. MyCar is a budget car service, and for the money they take, their service is ok.
They may recommend replacing the tyres etc. but they are not pushy about it. You can simply refuse getting new tyres.
My only issue with MyCar servicing my car was that the driver's side's power window stopped working after a service. Thanks to Google I figured how to reset it and fix it. This would never happen if I services ny car at Mercedes Benz but that would cost me $400 more.
Beware of dodgy money making tactics! Took my car here for a service and they told me I needed new tyres. Before I could blink, they had recommended a brand and had scheduled a time to have the new tyres fitted. Just to make sure, I went to an independent garage, where I was told the tyres were still good for another year.

Do not come here. READ all the REVIEWS before making your decisions. I believe all the 5 stars are fake. They used to be Kmart tyre service and now because of all the bad reviews they have changed their name to MyCar. It would be good if they can change their ethics too.
Thought I would drop of my car for a quick rego/pink slip check while shopping, but they took on a full inspection and tell me there are problems to be fixed before they can do the pink slip. They said there's problem with the car's suspension and it would cost apprx. $1000 to replace!!! Outrageous. Because guess what, my car was fully serviced just a month before and there was absolutely no problem with the car - this is later confirmed by another mechanic.
I guess they make money by charging me an inspection cost that the car did not really need.
If I did not just have my car serviced I would probably have fallen for the LIES.
