BEWARE older or disabled people. Came back for the pick up to find their eftpos was down. Immediately their problem was made my problem!
The only solution was that I had to walk to a bank and come back with cash. I'm not young, I have limited mobility, disability sticker on the windscreen. Also I had moved the money into the credit card as that's how I've always paid, so that meant a trip to North Lakes!
WORST, I couldn't sit down, "Company Policy" no chairs for Covid! I couldn't take the car to the bank, ""Company Policy". They wouldn't drive me to the bank ... yes ... "Company Policy".
So I sat on the kerb, bad hip and all. Called a friend who transferred payment for me, I paid her back. No solutions coming from them... WHY IS THEIR PROBLEM, MY PROBLEM? No older people please, "COMANY POLICY"!
