Terrible experience. Left car with them first thing in morning that had been booked in for a fortnight, so had the inconvenience of no car for the day etc Decided to call before went to pick up my car late afternoon and they informed me they hadn't got to it yet.. When picking up the untouched car they were rude and didn't seem concerned about the large disruption this had caused. So now driving around with a car that needs work done (they were the ones that did the service recently too that wasn't done properly which is why had to go back eg the low coolant light was on and squeaking breaks that they didn't pick up at service time). Arghhh, so won't be going back. A simple phone call would have helped manage the situation and saved the day!

As a 30-something female, I thought I'd try taking my Peugeot to Cammeray Kmart Tyre & Auto Service for a service and my pink slip, thinking it would be cheaper than taking it to the dealer. I was quoted approximately $300 and left my car with them. Shortly after they called to tell me my car needed a raft of fixes to be road worthy, including new brake pads on the back wheels, a range of filters, headlight alignment, wheel balance... all resulting in a total cost of $1,300!
