Unhappy with attitude and service provided to me. Have lost my business for 2 more tyres in near future. From a customer point of view, a $69 wheel alignment should be a full alignment not just one the retailer is happy to settle for. Failing to even check camber settings in a $69 alignment does not constitute 'full' to me when there is provision for adjustment on the vehicle, especially when they acknowledge adjusting toe will effect the camber angle and visa versa. Asking me how long I have worked in the industry is neither respectful nor helpful. I have worked in retail for 10 years and patronisation was never part of my customer service training.
i agree. the service here is terrible. they treated me bad when i went in to get a tyre and then told me i needed all this other work that i didn't even need. i asked for details on why and what was most urgent and they fobbed me off. i will never go back there.
