Changed one puncutured tyre last year and the service was so good . The manager then told me to bring my car to Kmart autoservice instead of harrison service where i used to go . I went a second time for a tyre issue and the service was good still . However , I hesitated to change servicing place as I never had any trouble with Harrison servicing in melton on high street . This year I took the courage to go to kmart autoservice . I did a major servicing in February for $1700.00. Since then my car has been leaking oil. They repaired the oil leakage as was still on labour guarantee. But now the car is down cannot be used . There is another issue with the engine . The service was very bad as well as my car was in the parking for a long time . I had to go and fight with the manager to get the car done . Today I rang up wanting to buy a new tyre. After genuine advice and great customer service I made an appointment. They patched my existing tyre and saved me $100. Extremely happy!
Went to Kmart tyre and auto for an emergency tyre change for the front right tyre. Later in the day they called me to collect my car, just for me to get there and find they had changed the wrong tyre.
The next day they changed the correct tyre, only for me to drive away with 2 unbalanced tyres and extreme amount of steering wheel shake.
Took it to another auto service who balanced my wheels for FREE and also check the rest of my wheels to find that the rear right was on the steel radial. Thank you Kmart for your half service. Never again!
I was looking for some cheap tyres , Kmart had some for $79 each (sonar brand) , they seemed quite good and a good price .Price included fitting and balance,They also offer lube and oil , wheel allignment and a host of other services . Rated at 2 1/2 stars because their labour charges seemed on the high side and i felt their customer service could have been better, after all i was spending money there i should have been treated better than "just another customer"
