When car was returned after service, the Check Engine light was on which it was not when I took it to them. Back 4 times and they have not repaired it. Terrible customer service.

We have visited kmart tyre and auto service twice, and both times we were given the best service and were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Not only is there a very rude and aggressive man working at the North Rocks KTAS store but when I contacted KTAS customer compliants they literally didnt bother to respond. Their lack of interest in customer feedback speaks volumes. They obviously condone the rude and misogynistic attitudes of their all male staff. Just don't bother with them. Find another service centre that isn't disrespectful to customers and hopefully have a better experience than I did!

There's more cars than mechanic to do service. Guys need help. They can not handle the jobs. They are too busy to be trust. Not sure my car serviced properly.

Went here for a service and rego check. Was told the car failed the check as the two front shocks/strut inserts were leaking and needed to be replaced at a cost of $700 per side. Doubted this was the case and had the car inspected next day by another mechanic who confirmed they were not leaking at all.. Called the management at Kmart and agreed to have another look and then decided they were ok after all and passed the car. DON'T GO THERE!!!!!
