Just realised after my next Holden service that these clowns have replaced the front tyres and not the back ones like I asked them to! And for the ones that were replaced, I was never given the 'free 6 month checkup' as promised. If you are unlucky enough to select them to do work on your car, make sure that you check properly that they HAVE done what you asked them to

I got my car serviced before selling it, they charged me $140 more than a minor service costs.

A week later I went to get a RWC and suddenly I needed to replace a part that costs $780 that they had not mentioned in last weeks service. I rang my father to ask his opinion and he rang a few mechanics that charged $350 for the exact same brand new parts and installation. Dad went to see them and they said they must have "accidently misquoted" the parts. However they had rung me twice that day to quote the price, the first time being $780 and the second saying the best they could do was $700. Disappointing to say the least. I will give them credit for being very nice in person and on the phone

My experience with Kmart tyre&Auto Northland

I think Kmart is good, so their Tyre and Auto Service must be too.

Fluid was leaking from the bottom of the engine.

Checked in 59$ for half n our inspection. They told me it was the steering rack which is worn out. I was looking at 700$.

For that was to expensive for me i drove to another garage to see if that was the problem.

It was the cooling heating circle, was a minor part to be repaired all up 150$



Everybody makes mistakes, but that is too obvious, it had nothing to do with steering or the steering rack. Even I could tell that it is normal water and not liquid from the steering box.



Taking advantage of lack of knowledge of customer, therefor bring your car somewhere else.

Recently did a log book servicing for 395$ got a call about repairs in my car worth 1300 $, As per them brakes and radiator needs to be replaced as it is completely worn out, hence replaced the brakes in front and rear and radiator have attached price of things i was individually charged

1) Brake fluid flush and change - 59.50

2) Bendix GCT front break system (Pads + fixing) = 179$

3) Machine Front disc rotor = 63$

4) Remove and fit front rotores (Labour) = 51$

5) Bendix GCT rear break system (Pads + fixing) = 179$

6) Machine reardisc rotor = 63$

7) Remove and fit rear rotores (Labour) = 51$

8) Flush Colling system = 51$

9) New Radiator (no brand name) = 287$

10) Replace radiator (Labour)=102$



Dont know whether I was ripped off, but the vehicle working properly
