Shouldn't rely on staff.
I myself didn't check the simple puncture made by screw as I was away at the time of flat tyre; which my friend did change the tyre for my wife.
They didn't fix the tyre and they proposed to change the tyre.
When I talked to my taxi driver friend, he surprised and told me that he checked the puncture and it was minor caused by a screw; and they should definitely be able to easily fix it.
I can just imagine they wanted to sell one, instead.

They could be good in changing tyres but they're not capable enough to repair cars.I went to them for my auto tranny service,but they don't even know to fill it to proper level.Initially fluid was below its level and later when I got there to tell them that its below its level,they them overfilled it and I ended up with another mechanic to get the oil level organised.
