Phone system is hopeless. If I dial the direct number for South Melbourne to check on my order I get a voice message that not only diverts me to the national number but also reads the national number twice to me. Then I get the national number with 3 choices. If I press 1 or 2 I get an operator who tries unsuccessfully to put me through to South Melbourne. I'm then told that if I press 3 I'll get a direct transfer (who would guess). The whole experience makes we want to buy elsewhere. Have you heard of NPS?
