Brought my car in the morning for a simple issue and was told they would have a look today and let me know shortly. No call back at 5pm. Called them up to chase it up, was told they could not look at it today. When I asked why they told me to bring it in today and was not called back the management staff literally started arguing with me, no simple apology just treated rudely.

Will never go back there.

Charged me for a pink slip and failed on the rear tyre. I just bought the car 2 months ago. Took it to the other car dealer shop and they remeasured the tread and it passed by 0.5mm. They tried to sell me 2 new tyres AND a wheel alignment for $70. Do not go here!!

I still cant get over just how rude they are at this workshop, if you want to get treated very poorly then this is the place to go.

Charged me $200 to do work to my car that I dont believe was ever done correctly. They were asked to fix 3 very minor issues and did none of them...and the work they DID do (that I didnt ask for) had to be re done 3 weeks later at another mechanics.

One of the "repairs" they did was explained to me by my regular mechanic as "a ticking time bomb" essentially just a band aid repair job. I only used this company because they could fit me in at short notice, now I know why.

Also left grease on the seatbelt.
