Gave false promise over the call and when i reach there they increase the price. Very poor customer service. Guys make a smart choice.Submitted complaint as well.

I took my car to Kmart Tyre & Auto Service they wanted to charge me $$$2000 for new parts. guy seems honest Aussie. but was i wrong took it over to a different store and after checking the car over said only i couple of basic wiring issues and charge me $$$300 dollars for there work. been driving it around with no issues. there either not good at there job or worse, either way save yourself a major head ache and avoid like the plague.

There were friendly and the service had no problems

I got quoted $1000 for 3 car parts, of which NONE turned out to be faulty. To me it looked like a hose was leaking but according to them I needed a new water pump, thermostat housing and timing belt (which was just replaced 3 months prior). I wasn't happy with the quote so I paid to have it towed to a family friend. $140 and a new radiator hose later my car was fixed.

they take over 4 hours to do a minor service and don't call when it's done.
