I took my vehicle in to address a minor issue, and while the staff appeared friendly, it was clear that they lacked the necessary expertise. Despite my suggestion regarding the issue, they did not conduct any diagnostics and simply claimed it was "fixed." However, this was not the case; instead, they had loosened components and failed to properly secure them. As a result, my car was damaged, and the establishment refused to take responsibility for the damage. It's disheartening that my second visit to this establishment ended up costing me more in repairs than I had initially paid to address the issues.
I strongly advise taking photographs of your vehicle both before and after any service. This precaution is crucial due to the establishment's lack of trustworthiness and their reluctance to acknowledge or take responsibility for any mistakes they make.
After spending more than 3 grand and bringing the car back 4 times, the car still broke down on the street. We had to wait for help on street feeling cold, starving and extremely frustrated.
They've been telling us it's the ECU, the injectors, the sensor, the programming problem, blah blah blah.
