Georgia at the reception was quite difficult addressing the situation with her tone as if her she never had any experience on the phone line in the Health Industry. No sign of emotional Intelligence has been evident in this clinic. Not even worth any stars. In your logo they abuse not allowed towards from staff.
But allows to abuse the client and be arrogant!!!

Terrible service. When there to have a screening. The doctor didn't listen to what I had to say. Didn't look at my previous results and insisted I had to get treated for something I might not have. You aren't treated as a patient, they see unas a profit

I visited a doctor at the clinic, this was the fastest appointment I ever had. Really less than 2 minutes. The doctor didn't check anything and just told me to take antibiotics without even examinig my throat, temprerature, chest...anything at all. I don't think this is a correct way to practice medicine. For this reason I never ever will be back to this clinic.

Very poor service, sent me message to contact the doctor . Doctor only called to give the print of the report there wasn't much of any discussion and took only less than 3 min to speak with us. Moreover they didn't even have my complete report. Don't understand why call patient with incomplete report and waste their precious time

Some of the staff here are can be very rude. In the last week I have had two different doctors treat me with disrespect. The first Dr O. Was cold, abrupt, rude didn't give me any info when I requested gynae refferal, he didn't suggest public health system despite fact I told him I dont have insurance, don't know any gynaes. He spoke impatiently. 2nd doctor when I went in for sore throat asked about my recent initimate activity, if I'd kissed anyone recently when I said no, he said are u sure? I had to insist was a throat infection going round at work.
