The clothing departments are absolutely wonderful and very helpful, especially dangerfield. The girls in dangerfield have gone well beyond great customer service and have fixed any issue promptly. All the other departments are lovely, although some have displayed a slight snooty atmosphere. Highly recommend in terms of customer service, however it is not the largest myer and therefore does not sell some items available at other stores.

I rang to ask if they have the macbook i want was in stock, after my calling being directed 3 times, and being put on hold i gave up and hung up, phone customer service is woeful.

I called this store with a simple enquiry for the mens-wear.

It took three trys for the switch lady to get anyone to even take my call. I was on hold for 5 minutes. My question still isn't answered "Do you stock Maddox Brand", they don't know and will call me back.

Come on Myers Liverpool, time to take some pride in yourself.

Ok, Myer at liverpool is not the greatest, its not bad though, but i personally think it is too small. There childrens wear section is good, with a good variety in clothing but not toys. The ladies section needs to be WAY WAY WAY bigger, the mens section is adequet. Over all its a good store.
