Myer

I tried phoning Myer at Parramatta numerous times yesterday. It takes forever to listen to every option and when you finally get to the correct section, no one answers the phone so you get cut off or end up back in the option loop again! Absolutely hopeless.

I would like to say well done to the staff who work in women’s wear - they deserve five stars! They are under-staffed and don’t stop to draw breath they are so busy. So management, how about giving them some help? Perhaps then the change rooms wouldn’t be overflowing with clothing that people have left behind.

Speaking of the change rooms, the only open ones are disgusting. They are old, worn, dirty and missing hooks. You closed them off for weeks last year and all you did was replace the carpet in one spot. It makes your business look cheap and nasty.

Myer has to be my one stop shop. I love the Parramatta store as it has the Basement section with all the Miss Shop brands as well as the Dangerfield section. This Myer also has a relatively large homewares section at the top and decent menswear section. Doesn't stock all the brands and items like the larger CBD stores or Chadstone in Melbourne. Don't forget to also reap those myerone points and rewards.

This Myer in Westfields Parramatta has a decent range but obviously not as large as its city counterpart. Service here can be very hit and miss, sometimes getting asked a few times if you need help and other times being ignored when you need help.

I like visiting their make – up and lingerie section as they always ales on some of their products.

This store is a reasonable size and has all the usual Myer brands, and is quieter than the other stores. I enjoy coming here to escape the rush of the Westfield, however their staffing levels are so low it is hard work sometimes getting someone to serve you.
