Hi I would like to make a formal complaint of the manager (his name Theo) at level 3 at Myer Knox. He refused to reprint a receipt even though I got the details amount, register number and time of purchase, he is not willing to provide any customer service. As a result I have decided to never shop at Myer and will tell friends and family never to shop at Myer.
Always impressed with this store! By far my "go to" at this shopping centre. I happily shop in the Miss Shop for cheaper everyday wear and staple items (black singlets/shorts/skirts) and know that I am getting quality. Tokito is by far my favourite brand; not too expensive, well made and look that way! There always seem to be some kind of sale on, and I generally always find my size available. Was more than impressed with my most recent purchase last Thursday; I asked a staff member at the register to confirm whether or not the cardi I had in my hand was on sale. She said no, but that there was a 'friends and family' discount with those with a Myer One card, today only! Needless to say I made the purchase ;)
I never used to like the service at Myer, however lately it has improved in our opinion. Last night we went there to buy shoes in the menswear department for my husband, and the sales assistant was so lovely, pleasant and helpful. In fact, she was so lovely that we would have felt obliged to buy something even if we didn't like anything just because the sales assistant was so pleasant!
A shopping spree was had last Saturday! Knox Myer is fantastic, and I wanted to give special mention to the lovely lady in the jewellery department who helped me make a final decision on my beautiful new sparkly Guess necklace, i love it! And the gorgeous girl down stairs at Dangerfield, she's beutiful and so helpful!
I recommend Knox Myer to everyone!
