I would like to let Myer werribee pacific know that I visited the store last week to buy pants from
The women's department and was extremely upset at the service and attitude from the staff,
I asked for help and was very rudely spoken to by the girl from French connection,her attitude
Was shocking and made me feel uncomfortable! Thank god I finally found the most lovely
Lady LISA she helped me find exactly what I needed and her customer service was
Absolutely brilliant Myer should be proud to have her,if it wasn't for Lisa I would of walked
Out ! It would be wonderful if you employed more people like LISA !!

This Myer is just way too small to stock the range that we have come to expect og Myer. Myer generally is a one stop shop, but not the werribee store. I recommend phoning to ensure they have what you are looking for before making the trek.
There is good stock of Lingerie & makeup, but aside from that, it is limited. I have had a Napoleon Perdis makeover there one morning and that was excellent. Much easier than dealing with busy Highpoint. Really looking forward to the extension that is under way at Myer werribee to be completed.

This Myers is very small and doesn't offer the same range as other Myer stores i.e. toys. I find it is a waste of time shopping here as I have limited choices.

Tiny store and staff are really rude. They ignore you and when you ask for help they sigh and moan and groan
