I'm very disappointed with the clean that I paid $530 for. First, the clean was really poor. We've just refurbished the house so it was pretty dusty. I was ready to pay the premium price to get it properly cleaned. What I got in return is the following: 1) The shelves that they couldn't reach without the ladder, were not cleaned. 2) The cleaned half of the drawers and missed out others. 3) The floor was mopped really poorly. In general, it just felt like a quick weekly clean rather than a big clean after refurbishment which we paid for. Second, on the phone we agreed to the price of $520. However, I was charged $530. It's not a big difference but they had no right to charge more what we've agreed on. I'll never use this company again.

If we had of known a little earlier (within the 24-48hr period) then a team would have been sent back to rectify the clean as per our satisfaction guarantee.

I had a spring clean done at my home a couple of weeks ago and I was so impressed with the results. The team cleaned things I didn't even expect like the inside of my fridge and vacuuming the dog fur wedged down the side of my bed. They really went above and beyond and I felt a million dollars when I came home and saw the results. I had my first regular fortnightly clean today and I was certainly not disappointed when I arrived home from work today. Thank you so much to the team at My Home Mt Eliza, you have changed my life!
Overall, a reasonable service but much better value elsewhere. The spring cleaning is fairly pricey for a small home that isn't too dirty. Also, we had myhome do regular cleans unfortunately on one occasion I was unable to find some things that were stored in odd places after a clean and another time my bottle of brand new Lancme foundation (bought overseas in an unavailable colour here) was broken. I only found out when I eventually found it sitting in one of my Wedgwood mugs in the kitchen cabinet! When mentioned, there was no provision for any recompense.
Myhome cleaning provide an excellent service for those requiring a spring clean. Unfortunately the franchise Manager Marlon seemed over-stretched - having underestimated the amount of time to clean our house, needing reminding of my quote and booking etc........but nevertheless his team of cleaners were exceptionally hardworking with attention to detail and efforts to ensure the work was done to standard in a warm and friendly manner. I had the benefit of being at the house while they worked and witnessing their wonderful efforts. I think Myhome cleaning in Mt. Eliza would upgrade from a 4 star to 5 star service if Marlon was to take one of his cleaners around with him to assist plan and quote work; as it is the cleaners themselves who have the best idea of how long a job takes. I just wanted to write before I get busy and forget just to give some feedback. The job yesterday was just fantastic. Whoever came did an excellent job!! tell the cleaners that they have no idea how valuable the service is to me and how it makes my day when I come home from a hectic day of work and open the door to a house that is sparkling clean, neat and tidy, it does me the world of good mentally and emotionally!! so thank you to you for running a great service and for the cleaners who do all the hard work that helps keep me sane and of course all the people who manage the admin and books etc, none of it can happen unless everyone does their jobs well. Congratulations on a job (and many other jobs over the last year!!) well done. I am very appreciative.
