I have not yet received the product and until now they did not give me a refund. Very disappointed. I will be definitely not ordering again from them.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. First purchase I tried to use the $10 discount code which was added and then removed just before I made payment which I didn't notice until after the payment went through. I emailed with NO reply. I have now been waiting 6 weeks for my items and they still have not arrived! NO reply to my emails chasing the products either. I am going to lodge a complaint with consumer affairs. This company should be shut down! DO NOT USE!!!!

My My-Net-Sale experience has been extremely disappointing! My family andI have purchased many items from this company and there has been many problems with almost every order. They didn't include items in our order, we complained, then they finally sent the missing order but one item wasn't an item we even payed for and they were very unapologetic. We also have purchased a bag which came without any padding and was roaming free in a huge box. There was marks, scratches, extremely uneven stitching (quilting) to the point it was a joke. Do not waste your money with this company. They don't care about you,the product is very hit and miss. 4/5 you will receive a bad order. I question the authenticity of some items too.. My friends have also had this experience and we all do not want to shop with MNS again! WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER SHOPPED WITH!

I recently purchased a dress from \'Mynetsale\' and its been over two weeks. I am a big online shopper and am very disappointed with the service. Im also a uni student who cannot afford to buy nice things. I have sent countless emails, and have also sent Facebook messages and still nothing. I want my money back but am struggling to find out how.

I need my money back and don\'t even want the purchase anymore, I\'d rather buy it full price from the real website. It is absolutely ridiculous service and would never ever recommend it to anyone. Very surprised by many people saying it was a positive experience, hard to understand really.

I am a regular purchaser with 'Mynetsale' and so when I received a bangle which was way too small I immediately Emailed them to request a RA (Return Authorizarion) and followed instructions for returns on their Website. Almort a weelk later and after 2 Emails - not a word from them . All I want is to return the item and receive $39 Credit from them Ironically I also use a jewellery site in the USA which responds immediarely and actually has a phone no. It's called CUSTOMER SERVICE Please respond - Mynet sale. The order no. ois 101195and the ref. was LJBC103. .
