I wish I had check the ratings before purchasing anything from this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Their delivery system is unorganized. I was told that the courier would deliver at one time and they arrived at another. I missed work in order to receive the deliver. I asked for a refund and they said that there is a 20% special order fee. There is nothing in the Terms and Conditions that mentions a special order fee. I am reporting this to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission as a result. I have never been more disappointed with a company.
Having read a few negative reviews from people about their experiences with NAPF Electronics, I thought it only fair to write one about my very GOOD experience with them.
Before ordering a product online I rang through to make sure that the item was indeed in stock and a helpful guy on the other end of the phone went and checked for me and said it was. When I then asked him how long postage would take from Sydney to me in Melbourne he said usually 2-5 days but as we had spoken and I had told him I needed the camera urgently he would see to it that it was posted straight away.
True to his word the item was sent out by courier the very next day and arrived at my door in Melbourne the day after that.
I have no problem in recommending NAPF and would happily buy from them again.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered two appliances on 12 February and credit card deducted same day. However, no follow up, customer service, nothing until I rang two weeks later. Every excuse under the sun: fridge hadn't come over on the consignment from China; stove was delivered to them but wrong colour. Offered replacement fridge, which has apparently been discontinued. Asked for a refund. Received nothing but rudeness and excuses. Matter now in hands of Fair Trading and Westpac.
