I was extremely disappointed with the cost of the service. We took our car here for the first time for a quick safety check before going on a short trip away. A number of service items were discussed with us prior to commencement of works, which was fair, but items that we had explicitly asked to be held over to next service were carried out and an item that had already been repaired in the previous service bar three weeks prior presented on the invoice at pick up. When I called to query the invoice I was told these had been agreed to by my husband, despite it only being presented to him on pick up in an invoice (which he was a bit daunted by) and not a prior discussion. All in all the cost of the service was twice as much as I have ever paid for a service (approx $700), and I have had this vehicle for over 8 years and would not describe it as a luxury vehicle by any means. NAS is an excellent auto shop. I had the engine of my Nissan Navara 1996, rebuilt by them. I subsequently towed a caravan around Aust and there wasn't a problem. In fact the ute is so reliable I have confidence to go anywhere.
